Our Dialer Administrator will be responsible for leads management and predictive dialling.
Data management and analysis
- Creating batch files for sales campaigns (leads management and predictive dialling).
- Load batch files onto the dialer.
- Monitor contactability by batch to ensure best dial ratio to maximise agent talk time and ensure no loss of talk time is experienced on the sales floor.
- Ensure maximum utilisation of data batches to sustain highest head count on campaign.
- Daily monitoring and reporting on batch and dialler performance to the Business Units.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
